Welcome to FastRounds. By accessing or using our event management software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

FastRounds is an event management platform designed to facilitate speed networking, team building, and similar structured professional gatherings. Our service includes:

• Event creation and management tools
• Participant registration and matching systems
• Real-time coordination features
• Post-event messaging capabilities
• Round robin connection rotations

2. Account Registration and Access

To use FastRounds, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

FastRounds offers various subscription plans and one-time event packages:

• Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• Event Packs: One-time purchases for a specific number of events. Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
• Trial Events: Free trial codes are limited to one per user and may have feature restrictions.
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of FastRounds, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Provide accurate information when creating events or registering as a participant
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Event Host Responsibilities

Event hosts are responsible for:

• Ensuring events comply with local laws and regulations
• Verifying participant ages for age-restricted events
• Maintaining appropriate conduct standards at their events
• Obtaining necessary permissions for event venues
• Managing event logistics and participant communications

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FastRounds to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
• Collect or harvest user data without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Create events for illegal or harmful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FastRounds, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by FastRounds or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of FastRounds is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. By using our service, you consent to such collection and processing.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, FastRounds is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with or without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastRounds shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Events or interactions between participants
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Actions of event hosts or participants

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastRounds, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Events you host or attend
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
