Refund Policy

Our Commitment: We want you to be satisfied with FastRounds. This policy outlines our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All FastRounds purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase and have not used the service, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  • Request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • No event codes have been used or events have been created
  • The purchase was made directly through FastRounds (not a reseller)
  • The account is in good standing (not suspended for Terms of Service violations)

3. Renewal Charges

  • Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will receive an email reminder 7 days before any renewal charge

4. Non-Refundable Items

Important: The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Used Event Codes: Once an event is created, that code is considered used
  • Partially Used Subscriptions: After creating any event, subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Subscription Renewal Charges: Automatic renewals are non-refundable (cancel before renewal date)
  • Requests After 30 Days: Refund window has closed
  • Downgraded Plans: Difference in cost when downgrading is non-refundable
  • Expired Event Codes: Codes that have passed their 12-month validity period
  • Third-Party Services: Any costs associated with venues, marketing, or other external services

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings dashboard
  • The subscription management portal (link sent in confirmation email)
  • The Contact link in the footer

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Monthly Plans: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Annual Plans: Access continues until the end of the annual period
  • Event Codes: Unused codes remain valid for their full 12-month period
  • No Future Charges: Your payment method will not be charged after cancellation

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process

  2. Provide Information:
    • Your account email address
    • Purchase date and transaction ID (from confirmation email)
    • Reason for refund request
    • Confirmation that no events were created (if applicable)
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear
  • Debit card refunds may take 7 to 14 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days

7. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service:

  • Contact support immediately to document the issue
  • We will work to resolve the problem within 2 business days
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Service Interruptions

  • Short-term outages under 4 hours do not qualify for refunds
  • Extended outages may qualify for partial refunds or service credits
  • Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and does not qualify for refunds

Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service:

  • No refund will be issued
  • All unused event codes will be voided
  • Future purchases may be refused

8. Disputed Charges

Please Contact Us First: Before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company, please reach out directly. We can often resolve billing issues quickly and maintain your service access.

If you notice an incorrect charge:

  • Use the Contact link in the footer within 30 days of the charge
  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the issue
  • We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
  • Incorrect charges will be refunded immediately upon verification

9. Subscription Management

Billing Dates

  • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of purchase
  • You will receive an email 7 days before renewal

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately, prorated credit applied
  • Downgrades: Take effect at next renewal date

10. Event Code Validity

  • Subscription-Generated Codes: Must be used within the subscription period
  • Pack-Purchased Codes: Valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Trial Codes: Valid for 30 days from generation
  • Expired Codes: Cannot be reactivated or refunded

11. Exceptions and Discretion

While we adhere to this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances
  • Offer service credits in lieu of refunds
  • Extend refund windows for documented hardships
  • Refuse refunds for abuse or fraudulent activity
