Access & Deployment

• No software installation required
• Runs entirely in modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
• Accessible via secure HTTPS connection
• No browser plugins or extensions needed

Data Collection

What we collect:

• Event settings configured by hosts (round count, timing)
• Participant names and optional titles (entered by attendees)
• Connection preferences if messaging is enabled

What we do NOT collect:

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Passwords or account credentials
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Location or device data
• Third-party tracking or analytics cookies

Infrastructure

• Web-based application only
• No local device access required
• No background services or executables
• No integration with internal company systems
• Data transmitted over encrypted HTTPS

User Access Model

• Hosts receive a 5-digit event code to configure and manage their session
• Attendees join via a separate 5-digit code or QR scan — no account creation required
• All access is code-based with no email/password authentication

Network Requirements

To use FastRounds on a corporate network, ensure access to:

• fastrounds.com (primary application)
• stripe.com (payment processing, hosts only)

If your organization uses web filtering, you may need to whitelist fastrounds.com under "Business Applications" or "Productivity Tools."
